Rihanna is one of the most successful artists in history. Her career has been a great success, and she's still in her early years. Her parents are from Barbados and she began singing in the early years of her life. When she was disturbed by the turbulent nature of her household life, as well as her frequent fights with her father, she became immersed with music. Soon after, she realized she was destined to be a professional. While still in highschool she was a part of a band group and was asked to perform with Evan Rodgers. The producer was very impressed with the talent of this teenager. The singer relocated into New York so that she could pursue her full-time singing career.
